Skincare Sunday Part 2: Fresh

Hey y’all,

I was reorganizing my makeup collection and noticed that I had a decent amount of Fresh skincare and have tried a lot of it.

This is a part 2 of the post I made of the current Fresh products that I am using.

Soy Face Cleanser Mini: US$15.00

This is the one Fresh product that does not work for me. At all. In fact, I think it caused more problems to my skin which leads me to believe that I might have a slight allergy to Soy. So, sorry Fresh cleanser but you are not for me!

Rose Deep Hydration Facial Toner: US$44.00

This has to be the most aesthetically pleasing product that rounds out everyone’s instagram posts of their skincare. Honestly, rightly so. This toner is not only beautiful but a really amazing product. I found that it took care of any dry patches on my face and helped with my uneven texture. I go back and forth with toners, sometimes I am not sure if they really work or if they are necessary to drop so much money on but this one really is. I used up my deluxe sample and when I stop purchasing clothes, I will definitely get a full sized version of this product.

Rose Face Mask: US$62.00

I love this face mask. I have gotten like two deluxe samples of this product because of Sephora Rewards and in the winter this mask saves my face. I put it in my what I would repurchase as something I wouldn’t in the summer but I feel that my face is missing this mask so I’ll be on my way to Sephora tomorrow after brunch!

Black Tea Firming and De-Puffing Eye Cream: US$68.00

At first, I did not like this product. I didn’t think that it did much for my eyes but I needed an eye cream and I had a deluxe sample so I used it. But as time went on, this cream became my favourite eye cream because it helped with my puff eyes and dark circles. I felt that even though I was under tremendous stress, the dark circles were fading away. Once I’m out of my current eye cream (review to come!) I will definitely be repurchasing this one.

Lotus Youth Preserve Moisturizer: US$17.00 (Mini Size)

I could not find the bigger size on but there definitely is one. I did enjoy this moisturizer but it was very heavy on my face and I loved the results but I didn’t like how it sat on my face so I have not repurchased this. Maybe in the winter but in the summer, I like my skin care to be light weight.

Lip Treatments

Sugar Advanced Therapy Lip Treatment: US$26.00

This is a really cute lip balm, that does a good job of getting rid of dryness but only when the lip balm is on your lips. It’s a so-so product, its cute and does a good job but I’m sure that there are better balms for less money in the market.

Sugar Lip Caramel Hydrating Balm: US$18.00

This is a fabulous balm! I love the way it smells, and it is so creamy and hydrating. But it is expensive for a lip balm so unless you are willing to spend that much money on it, go for it. I did not find any super significant results that would lead me to spend 18 dollars again. But, for the time I spent with it – it was fabulous.
